Nicole T. Hemingway is a dynamic leader with a passion for international development and social justice. With over 20 years of experience in the NGO and civil society sector, she has risen through the ranks to become the President and CEO of International Development Corps (IDC), a global non-profit organization. Under her leadership, IDC manages substantial resources annually to tackle development challenges and promote self-reliance in communities around the world.
Nicole's extensive experience includes coordinating projects on the ground, serving at executive levels with numerous INGOs including IASC, and working with the UN and European Union. She has also sat on several INGO Boards and Advisory Councils. Her work has taken her to over 10 countries across four continents, where she's made a meaningful impact in the lives of countless people.
Nicole is a recognized industry expert and has received numerous awards for her contributions to international development. She is a sought-after speaker at international conferences and has engaged in nonprofit leadership for nearly three decades. Despite her busy schedule, Nicole remains committed to family life, living with her husband and three adult children in Arlington, Virginia. Her unwavering dedication to creating a better world is an inspiration to us all.

Arnold is an exceptional leader, recognized for his expertise in global operations and administrative functions. As the Chief Operations Officer of International Development Corps (IDC), Arnold oversees strategic execution, business continuity and resiliency, regulatory relations, and supply chain management. He leads a team of managers responsible for HR, IT, marketing, finance, facilities, and knowledge management. Arnold's proven track record of achieving organizational excellence by bringing people together to achieve common goals makes him an asset to IDC. With over three decades of experience in banking, risk management, and strategy development, Arnold has extensive knowledge in international development and humanitarian assistance sectors. He has a particular focus on implementing business development strategies and complex operational planning, which has contributed significantly to IDC's success. Previously, Arnold served as COO of Ratanda Holdings Limited. Arnold is a devoted family man, residing in Detroit, Michigan with his wife Maria and children Natalie and Ronnie. His unwavering dedication to his work and family is an inspiration to us all.

Meet Robert, the Sr. Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of IDC. Robert is a master at maximizing the impact of IDC's financial resources to achieve targeted program objectives. He is an expert in driving operational excellence in finance and embedding data-driven decision-making to accomplish the organization's mission. Robert believes in the power of collaboration and is motivated by teamwork, commitment, and excellence in execution. As the head of financial planning and analysis, project and grants finance, and financial business partnering, Robert is responsible for enhancing IDC's financial capabilities. With 25 years of corporate finance experience in both the private and non-profit sectors, Robert is an expert in the international development and humanitarian sector. Before becoming CFO, Robert served as IDC's Global Director of International Finance, where he led the development and alignment of strategic finance functions. A chartered accountant, Robert was raised in Liberia but later moved to the U.S. and U.K. He is married with four grown children. Robert's expertise, leadership, and commitment make him a valuable asset to the IDC team.

As IDC's Chief Program Officer, Hugh plays a pivotal role in overseeing the organization's global program portfolio. His key responsibility involves maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency in IDC's programs while propelling their continuous advancement. His focus lies primarily in the realms of program execution, quality control, and humanitarian response, thereby ensuring IDC's initiatives align seamlessly with its overarching mission and strategic objectives.
Hugh's impressive career spans over a quarter of a century as a development economist. During this time, he has honed his skills in training, teaching, conducting thorough research, and designing programs and tools. His exceptional leadership has been instrumental in promoting the systematic use of evidence-based programming, thereby fostering a culture of proactive learning within the organization. This, in turn, has encouraged the constant identification and sharing of lessons that contribute to the broader development community's enrichment.
Armed with a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Applied Economics from MS University-Madison, Hugh's academic credentials are as impressive as his professional experience. He also holds the prestigious ChPRO™ (Chief Program Officer™) certification, affirming his position as a leading figure in executive program management.

Cynthia Tanya Rodham is the dynamic Chief of Legal and General Counsel at IDC, playing a pivotal role in steering the organization's global legal affairs. Her responsibilities are far-reaching, covering the spectrum of legal matters from overseeing procurement contracts of varying scales to fostering external relations and partnerships.
In her esteemed position, she doesn't just manage legal affairs but also guides the higher echelons of IDC's leadership team and board on governance and compliance matters. Her wise counsel ensures the robust stewardship of IDC's resources, thereby bolstering its global development initiatives.
Cynthia's journey with IDC began in 2006, where she showcased her adroitness as a consultant. She was instrumental in the development and review of the Global IDC employee manual, a task she executed with unmatched diligence and commitment.
Before gracing IDC with her legal expertise, Cynthia held significant roles as legal counsel for various organizations. She served non-profit SPI and for-profit firms such as VM Logistics and Freight, amassing a wealth of experience and knowledge. Cynthia's exceptional competence and remarkable dedication make her an indispensable asset to IDC, driving it towards a future of integrity, compliance, and sound governance.

Harrison Ross, known affectionately as Harry, serves as the dynamic Executive Vice President of International Programs at the globally recognized International Development Corps (IDC). With over a decade of dedicated service at IDC, Harry's impact is deeply woven into the organization's fabric.
His IDC journey began in June 2008 when he stepped into the role of Senior Director of International Programs, bringing with him a robust 12-year background in humanitarian aid and development. His leadership saw him ascend to the head of International Development programs within five years, a role he held for three transformative years.
In 2014, after a year-long sabbatical working on business and program development for the United Nations in East Africa, Harry returned to IDC, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the organization. Before his IDC tenure, he served as Director of Program Development for IMD, where he elevated field program quality and widened the reach to project beneficiaries.
Harry's global perspective is enriched by his diverse living experiences. He and his wife, Megan, have resided in various countries including Haiti, Kenya, Niger, Nicaragua, and Guatemala. This vast international exposure amplifies his ability to drive IDC's mission, making him an integral part of the organization's success.

As the Sr. Vice President & Chief People Officer at IDC, Gwen adeptly helms the global human resource operations. She stands as the compass guiding an enthusiastic team of People and Culture specialists that spans Africa, Asia, Latin America, Oceania, and North America, delivering exceptional results. Gwen is the architect behind the organization's robust employee value proposition, handling critical areas such as talent acquisition, retention, learning and development, along with performance management and accountability.
Gwen embarked on her journey with IDC in 2015, serving as a Regional People and Culture Business Partner for West Africa and Asia, before stepping into the shoes of IDC's Acting Chief People and Diversity Officer for a span of 18 months. Her leadership played a pivotal role in shaping and reinforcing the people and culture function across the organization.
Boasting nearly three decades of rich experience in human resource management, Gwen has proven her mettle in both the private and nonprofit sectors. Her career graph is adorned with a multitude of strategic HR leadership roles, each of which has contributed to her profound understanding of the field. Gwen is a formidable leader, whose unique blend of experience and expertise continue to drive IDC's people-centric strategies to new heights.
